Talons Cove is Saratoga Springs' championship public-access course — a 7,200-yard layout threaded between Utah Lake and the Lake Mountains. The Fairways Townhomes sit directly on it. From most floor plans, you can read the wind off the flag from your kitchen.

Living on a course isn't really about golf — it's about the green. Open fairways mean unobstructed sightlines, mature landscaping, and the kind of quiet most neighborhoods don't have. The Fairways' floor plans are oriented to the course on purpose: the great room frames the view, and the deck is where you'll actually live in summer.
